4/18/08: Some clarifications on language have been obtained and more are pending. Existing and new pages of this website will updated appropriately.
~2/1/08: Site development suffered a major set back due to a hard-drive crash in early January. Recovery has been slow, but progress is being made.

Some of the documents available at the following links may be somewhat dated with respect to NC and Federal tax credit numbers, but remain useful for other specific information they contain. For instance, documents written before 2006 may refer to tax credit caps that are less than what are documented on these and other more current pages. The credit caps mentioned on the pages of this website are the numbers currently in effect as of 2008.
